Our team has many years of experience in varying types of garden landscaping projects, from simple designs through to complex and intricate ones. Our skilled team has a wealth of knowledge in all things garden landscapes!

When it comes to costs it really does depend on your specific, personal, project.

Some factors to consider, when thinking of renovating your garden, could be some (but not limited to) of the following:

Lawn and Turf

A basic in landscaping is laying lawn and turf in your garden space. The cost of this will depend on how much of your space you are planning to turf and the current soil conditions you have. In many cases, we see our clients only partly turfing their space and using paving slabs to break up the design.

Basic Planting

Another cost to consider is how much you are willing to spend on plants and trees. These vary depending on the specific plant and the size you wish to have installed,  if you know you’d really like a certain type of plant and it is going to be a large specimen, be sure to put some money aside for these.

Bonus tip:

Remember not everything has to be completed at once. Many of our clients will stage their build and complete sections of the design at a time, so it may be that this part of your project could be completed later on – spreading the cost over a longer period.. Our team can help advise on if this is possible and plan a staged build if it is required.

Hard Landscaping

So far, we have discussed more of the soft landscaping options, but there are also hard landscaping costs to consider.
Hard landscaping refers to any hard materials used in your garden project such as; the paving slabs, fencing, decking or any feature such as water features and outdoor seating areas.

These can cost more depending on the materials you opt for and the styles. There are many options to choose from when it comes to hard landscaping, all at various prices to suit your affordability and preference.

High-End Landscaping

For some projects, more intricate and detailed custom designs will need to be created. More complex gardens may have outdoor kitchens, water features (including ponds and swimming pools), elaborate lighting, premium plants and structures such as pergolas and decking.

When considering any of the above mentioned, there will be a natural higher cost due to the level of landscaping you are wishing to achieve. Again, these are some examples of projects that could be completed over time to spread the cost of the whole project.

Additional Factors

A few final factors to consider, which you will need to consider regardless of the size of your project, are the material costs, labour costs and potential design costs.

When you’re initially thinking of ideas for your new garden landscape, consider the size of your space and any ideas you already have in mind.
